To get the most out of this process, we work closely with your team and tease out of of them everything we need to conduct our analysis. This process is highly enlightening and yields a fantastic view of the DNA of your business.

Ten P’s Refine

Following a Ten P’s Review we can work with you to make suggestions on how your strategy and organisation might be refined in each of the Ten P’s.

This is delivered in the form of 2 workshops. The first session is with your management team to discuss, review and agree the suggestions. The second session is with the wider team to help them understand the process, the outcomes and the changes or new initiatives that are going to be rolled out over the coming period.

International Growth

Here we can help you develop an approach to international business, researching into new international markets and launching new products or services into overseas markets. This could include:

  • Researching which markets might be better candidates to launch first
  • Identifying, signing up and managing channels partners
  • Competitive analysis in the territories
  • Arranging trade show or launch events
  • Helping set up offices and / or hire staff in international markets
  • Identifying grants to support the expansion and our support

CRM

A well designed and administered CRM workflow, supporting solid sales processes is fundamental to growing and managing a strong sales pipeline and ultimately to increase value of the business.

Whilst we have no commercial allegiance to any CRM supplier, having used many systems over the years, our preferred CRM solutions are Pipedrive and Salesforce.

We can help you set up a system that will work for your sales team and for your sales management, giving powerful insight into your sales organisation.

We have experience of setting up structure, process and workflows in your preferred CRM and can talk to you about the opportunities and benefits of enabling your Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, Marketing and Finances functions to share one integrated solution – a truly powerful concept. There’s even the opportunity to open some of your data up securely to your customers or partners!

Outsourced Sales / Marketing Director

Here we can help provide impartiality or support on a project-by-project basis. Our services may be required in a number of scenarios including:

  • Where your budget does not allow for a full-time Sales or Marketing Director.
  • Where you have a hunch that your existing managers need support  and sales structure discipline and accountability needs to be established.
  • Following a Ten P’s Review you need to implement some changes and don’t have the bandwidth to make the changes happen.
  • Where you have an unexpected departure of your Sales or Marketing Director leaving a gap which needs to be filled on an interim basis.

Outsourced Sales / Marketing Team

Again, we can very flexible based on requirements. Maybe you need help delivering some of the marketing projects for you or you actually want us to go out and make the first sales for you, develop a pipeline and sales process that can be handed on to your own team.

Maybe you just need a lead generation campaign designed and implemented.

Sales Process Review

We can evaluate the existing sales processes you have in place. From there, we can provide recommendations on how to evolve and document these processes, making them more streamlined and more effective, maximising sales, profits and decreasing time to revenue.

Sales Team Evaluation

Before making any changes to a sales team it is important to know where you they are strong and where they need to grow. It’s also important to get the views of other people in the business to help you find out more about your sales team and how they interact within the business and the impressions they make.

Once we know what you have, we can help you move forward, improving your sales team and growing your business.

Sales Coaching or Mentoring

Having established any areas that potentially need support within the sales team, we are able to provide flexible coaching on a 1:1 basis.

Our experience has proven that one off training session do not work well in sales. Behaviours need to be modified over time and sales people need to trust the advice given and see the results improve using these new skills or refined approaches over time. Fine tuning is often required and it is important that improvement is seen as a journey and not a destination.

We can cover a wide variety of topics and these can be customised based on your needs. Areas could include, lead generation, follow ups, telephone techniques, time management, closing skills, negotiation tactics, presentation skills, sales management etc.

Sales Team Recruitment

Often, recruiting sales team members is a daunting and time-consuming task for many managers.

We can offer a tailored service of either targeting named individuals or providing a shortlist of candidates for you to consider. We would always recommend personality profiling being a key component of the recruitment process, and we have a unique way of carrying out this

Effective Compensation Plans

Often, businesses have compensation plans in place which do not drive the behaviours they are looking for in their people. Whilst well constructed plans can be very motivational and yield great results, badly conceived or administered plans can dis-incentivise people and demotivate the team. With some small changes to the ways the team are measured, targeted and rewarded, significantly different results can be achieved.

Investment

We can make investments into client companies who have been through the Ten P’s Programme.

Investments are only made where we can clearly accelerate the growth of the business based on the strategic vision we have worked up together,.

Occasionally we undertake delivery of client assignments where some of our fees are covered via profit share or equity. Again this is only after a clients has been through the Ten P’s Programme and against clear deliverables previously identified and agreed during the review.
